Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Please review the following Terms of Service ("Terms") before accessing or using the Wedding Ready, LLC ("Wedding Ready") online fitness and nutrition program available on the website [www.weddingready.co] and companion mobile application (referred to collectively as the "Service"). By accessing the Service or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when presented, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not consent to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, refrain from accessing or using the Service.

Description of Service

The Wedding Ready program offers access to fitness, nutrition, and wellness content and services designed to support health and fitness goals. Members receive access to the companion mobile application ("App"), which delivers daily videos, workouts, and nutritional guidance, and a private Facebook group for community engagement and support.

Subscription Options

Wedding Ready offers two subscription options:

  • Lifetime Membership: A one-time payment granting lifetime access to the Service.

  • Monthly Subscription: A recurring subscription billed monthly.

All subscriptions provide access to both the App and the private Facebook group.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at our discretion. All modifications become effective immediately upon posting and apply to all subsequent access and use of the Service. Continued use of any part of the Service after posting revised Terms of Use signifies your acceptance of the changes. Please check this page periodically for updates, as they are binding.

Accessing the Service and Account Security

Wedding Ready may withdraw or modify the Service without prior notice. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring arrangements for access to the Service.

  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms by anyone accessing the Service via your account or internet connection.

If provided with account credentials, maintain confidentiality and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Access is personal, and credentials must not be shared.

Subscription Billing and Cancellation

  • Lifetime Membership: This is a one-time payment, non-refundable after the 7-day refund period.

  • Monthly Subscription: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the billing date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made directly through the Subscriptions tab in your Member Account.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but retains access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Lifetime Membership: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. After this period, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

  • Monthly Subscription: No refunds are provided for partial or unused portions of a billing cycle.​

To request a refund, contact us at members@weddingready.co within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, software, text, images, and video, constitutes the "Company Content" and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying Company Content except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

User Contributions

Any material submitted to the Service, including content in the Facebook group, is considered a "User Contribution" and must comply with Content Standards outlined herein. By posting, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  • To harm minors or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • To disrupt or impair the Service’s functionality.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Ready disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
