What happens after I sign up?After you sign up, log into your Account and click on the Getting Started tab for the steps to take to get started.

Is the program exclusively for brides and grooms?No, our program is not exclusively for brides and grooms. While our content provides comprehensive support for those preparing for their special day, it's open to a broader audience. Participants range from bridal parties to mothers of the bride or groom, and anyone seeking a supportive community for motivation and accountability in their personal wellness journey.

Do I need to sign up every round for program access?For the Lifetime Membership option, you will have access to the program indefinitely after your initial purchase. For the 8-Week Program, you will need to sign up for each 8-week session.

How often do you accept new clients?About every 8-9 weeks, prior to the start of the next round.

I missed the sign-ups. Can I still sign up?Once sign-ups are closed, you have to wait until the start of the next open enrollment period to sign up. Make sure you sign up for a reminder for when sign-ups go live on our home page.

Do I have to have a Facebook page?Yes. Our private Wedding Ready Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/589214873182014) is how we communicate everything for the program. We have clients that create an account just for access to the program. For spouses joining together, at least one of you must have a Facebook account.

My spouse doesn't have a Facebook page?As long as one of you has a Facebook page, the other can follow along with you on yours.

Can someone other than my fiancé/partner/spouse join the program with me?The Partner Pass deal is specifically for fiancés/partners/spouses. Others would need to enroll separately.

How do my fiancé/partner/spouse and I sign up for the Partner Pass dealOne of you can enroll on our website during open enrollment, and add your fiancé/partner/spouse's information on your Account tab after you complete your registration.

Is there a time limit for a spouse to join using the Partner Pass?Yes, your Partner Pass information must be entered during the initial enrollment, and you must both join the private Facebook group prior to the program start date.

Are there any restrictions to signing up for the program?Yes, our program is exclusively available for individuals aged 18 and over. Additionally, it is not suitable for pregnant women. These limitations are in place to ensure the safety and suitability of the program for all participants.

What are the workouts like?They change weekly and challenge beginners to those who already work out regularly. Workouts are approximately 30 minutes in length. They can be done at home or in a gym. We post the workouts in our Facebook group, and then they are accessible at any point after that at your convenience. The workouts can be done with minimal equipment and just a set of dumbbells.

What equipment is required for the program?You'll need a set dumbbells (we recommend 3-20 lbs depending on your fitness level), a yoga mat, and something you can use as a step or platform.

Is this one-on-one training?No, we are a virtual group program.

How many days a week are workouts scheduled for the program?We encourage 6 days a week for best results.

Are modifications available for physical limitations or injuries?Yes, we offer modifications for those with limitations or injuries.

I have an injury and can’t do high-impact exercises.We provide lower-impact options with most workouts and can help modify as needed as long as you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor.

What is the meal plan like?The meal plan changes weekly and consists of all whole food options for you to choose from to create your meals. You can get all items at your local grocery store, and we encourage prepping and keeping things simple.

Do you provide daily/weekly recipes?Rather than offering daily or weekly recipes, we provide comprehensive weekly meal planning guides centered around whole food options. These plans include a variety of proteins, vegetables, healthy carbohydrates, and fats for participants to choose from and create their meals. Additionally, we offer snack suggestions and weekly recipe videos to inspire and guide meal preparations. Moreover, we foster a community environment by encouraging participants to share their favorite healthy recipes within our Facebook group.

Is the program no-carb?No, but we promote “good carbs” like whole grains and vegetables because they contain vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.

Is alcohol allowed during the program?We recommend that anyone who drinks should do so in moderation and consider limiting alcohol intake for weight loss.

Do you have to restrict any food groups for the entire program?No. You don’t have to restrict any foods/food groups for the entire program.

What if I want to gain weight?Our program is built for weight loss. Even with toning, there is some weight loss. If you’re not looking to lose any weight at all, our program may not be for you.

Does everyone get the same plan?Everyone gets the same plan because it has proven to be effective for all different body types and for many different goals.

Is the Wedding Ready program suitable for individuals with varying schedules?Absolutely. The Wedding Ready program is intentionally designed to be flexible and accommodating. Whether you work non-traditional hours or have varying schedules, our program is structured to allow you to participate at times that suit you best.

Can I do it while traveling or on vacation?Yep! We have numerous clients that do it while traveling for work and on vacation.

How long does it take to get results?That depends on you, the effort you are willing to put into the program, and what your goals are. If you are willing to give 100% and follow the program as it is designed, you can see good results within 8 weeks. If you’re not ready to give 100%, you can still see results. (And remember, since you have access to subsequent rounds at no additional cost, you can continue to progress at your pace.)

What is the cost of the program?The cost of the program depends on the subscription plan you choose: Lifetime Membership: $500 (one-time payment) 8-Week Program: $120 (one-time payment for one 8-week session) Party Pass: Custom pricing (please contact us directly for more information) Each plan offers access to our comprehensive fitness, nutrition guidance, and holistic wellness support tailored for your wedding readiness. Can I use my HSA/FSA funds to cover my membership?Yes! Because we believe fitness is preventative healthcare, we’ve partnered with Dr. B to make it simple and easy for you to put your HSA/FSA dollars towards your Wedding Ready membership. Here’s how to do it: 1. Visit the Dr. B x Wedding Ready website and follow the steps to complete your $15 online consultation—no video call necessary. 2. A medical provider will review your information and email you a Letter of Medical Necessity, if appropriate. 3. Submit your letter and fitness receipts made on or after the letter’s date to your HSA/FSA administrator. (Valid for one year.) Pro tip: If you have a Lifetime membership, you’ll only need to submit for reimbursement once.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?We aim to ensure your satisfaction through our Cancelation & Refund policy, which includes: Lifetime Membership: We offer a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After this period, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
